Process & Workflow Specialist

I Map the Mess So
Your Team Sees the Plan

Complex processes across sales, marketing, legal, IT, and operations, documented clearly so every stakeholder knows the goal and how to get there.

My Approach

From confusion to clarity in four steps

Every engagement follows the same proven structure. You see the full picture before any changes are made.

01

Discovery

I sit down with your team and walk through your current process step by step. No assumptions, just questions and listening.

02

Current-State Map

I document exactly what happens today in Lucidchart: every handoff, every tool, every decision point, every bottleneck.

03

Bottleneck Analysis

I identify where things break down, slow down, or get lost. Redundancies, manual steps, and gaps are all highlighted.

04

Recommendation

You get a simplified future-state workflow with clear next steps. Choose documentation only or full implementation.

Every workflow starts with a Lucidchart diagram.

You see the full process mapped out before anything is built or changed. No surprises, no guesswork.

From Scattered to Streamlined

This is what a workflow transformation looks like. I take the chaos on the left and turn it into the clarity on the right.

Current State

Spreadsheet A
Email thread
Slack DM
Shared drive folder
Spreadsheet B
Manual handoff
Another email

7 tools, no single source of truth

Recommended State

1
Lead captured
2
Auto-assigned to rep
3
Follow-up triggered
4
Deal stage updated
5
Report updated live

5 steps, one clear flow, full visibility

What This Looks Like in Practice

Real examples of messy processes I have mapped, simplified, and documented. Pick a scenario you recognize.

Before: What I Found
Leads tracked in personal email and spreadsheets
No defined stages, deals stall with no visibility
Follow-ups depend on memory, not a system
Handoffs between sales and ops happen over Slack DMs
Leadership has no pipeline report they trust
After: What I Recommended
All leads enter CRM from one source (web form or import)
Clear pipeline stages with defined exit criteria
Automated follow-up reminders at each stage
Structured handoff from sales to ops with a checklist
Real-time pipeline dashboard leadership can trust

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a process map actually look like?
You get a visual Lucidchart diagram showing every step, decision point, and handoff in your workflow. Alongside that, you get a plain-English runbook that explains the process in language anyone on your team can follow. For leadership, I also prepare a summary presentation highlighting bottlenecks and recommendations.
Can you map processes outside of sales and CRM?
Absolutely. I have run sales, marketing, legal, IT, training, and finance operations in my current role. If your business has a process that involves people, tools, and handoffs, I can document it, find the gaps, and recommend improvements.
Do you just document, or do you also build the solution?
Both, depending on what you need. Some clients want a clear documentation package they can hand to their internal team or another vendor. Others want me to build and configure the recommended workflow using Salesforce Flows, Power Automate, or custom API connections. Pricing adjusts accordingly.
Will my leadership team understand the deliverables?
That is the entire point. I have been praised specifically for translating complex, technical workflows into clear documentation that stakeholders at every level can understand. The goal is always: everyone in the org knows what the goal is and how to get there.
How is this different from hiring a business analyst?
I combine the mapping and documentation skills of a BA with hands-on technical experience. I have built and managed Salesforce orgs, configured integrations, written API connections, and trained teams on the systems I design. You get strategy and execution from the same person.
