Background
I'm an operations and revenue systems leader who helps teams eliminate friction and improve execution. My work centers on diagnosing system problems (whether in Salesforce, workflows, or cross-functional processes) and fixing them with measurable results.
I started as a teacher, which taught me how to explain complex concepts clearly and help people learn new systems. That foundation has been invaluable in operations work, where you're constantly translating between technical systems and business outcomes.
Over the past decade, I've led revenue operations, enterprise Salesforce implementations, and operational transformations at companies like TalentSmart, Cengage Learning, and Charter Communications. I've eliminated funnel bottlenecks, built executive dashboards, automated workflows, and led infrastructure migrations, all with a focus on pragmatic, sustainable improvements.
