Do I need to use Salesforce to work with you?
No. I build AI Agents on whatever platform makes sense for your business. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Help Scout, Zapier, Make, custom APIs, or just plain email. Salesforce is one option, not the requirement.
What AI models do you use?
GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) for most production work, Claude for content and reasoning-heavy tasks. I select the cheapest model that meets your accuracy bar, not the flashiest one.
How much does an AI Agent actually cost to run?

How do I trust an AI to run autonomously?
