Custom Project Management Platform
When SaaS PM tools fell short, I built custom. Full-stack platform with AI task assistant, document parsing (PDF/Word/Excel), and multi-view tracking. Replaced Smartsheets and eliminated the need to hire a dedicated project manager.
Salesforce Rollout — Cengage Learning
Led the company-wide Salesforce implementation across the B2B segment of one of North America’s largest education publishers. Built the KPI framework, the compensation model, and replaced a thicket of regional spreadsheets with one source of truth. Onboarding overhaul compressed new-hire ramp from eight months to four weeks.
Executive Pipeline Dashboard
Lightning Web Component dashboard with batch Apex snapshots, YoY trending, and quota tracking. Replaced manual Excel reporting with real-time pipeline visibility. Runs weekly without intervention.
AR & Collections Automation
Replaced a manual workbook someone updated by hand. Daily job pulls payment terms from Salesforce, authenticates via Microsoft Graph using a service principal, and drops a clean CSV on SharePoint. No human is the integration anymore.
Customer Health “Who to Call”
Monthly HTML report flags low-balance customers, sorts by purchase velocity, and gives the sales team a one-click outreach list with prefilled emails. Drives reorder cadence and surfaces churn risk before it materializes.
AccountHQ — Lost-Deal Analysis
Analyzed every lost deal across the sales team. Quantified the lost revenue and identified that cost/budget, no-reply, and competing priorities accounted for 63% of losses. Turned “we lose deals sometimes” into “here’s the fixable money.”
Credit Engagement Dashboard
Sales enablement LWC replacing manual Excel call lists. Engagement scoring (recency, completion, velocity) drives one-click call prioritization for account managers.
AI Customer Service Agent
Production AI Agent that classifies, validates, and resolves inbound cases autonomously. Vision-powered receipt processing, structured templates, and confidence-based escalation. The customer-service team scaled from 6 people to 3 while response time improved.
AI Lead Triage & First-Touch
Azure OpenAI system that classifies every inbound lead, suppresses junk, and sends a personalized first-touch email roughly ten seconds after lead creation. Phased shadow-then-autonomous rollout with confidence scoring and audit trails.
Receipt & Document Processing
GPT-4o vision integration that reads receipts and validates retailer, condition, and pricing automatically. Eliminates manual data entry and reduces fraud risk.
